What does 4 nights on Hithadhoo cost?
About RM2,260 to RM4,070 per person, twin sharing, before KUL flights, lunches, dinners and diving. The low end is the low-season room with the cheapest domestic fares; the high end is the high-season room with the dearest fares.
Prices come from dated 2026 listings and general ranges, checked on 12 October 2026. Rates change, so treat this as a planning range, not a quote.

What moves the number most
The domestic flight is the biggest swing, up to USD 400 per person between the low and high ends. Booking early and avoiding peak dates helps.
Season comes second. November to April rooms cost more in this example but bring the drier northeast monsoon.
Meal plans come third. Some Addu guesthouses sell half board or full board, according to Visit Maldives, which fixes your food spend.
Costs we could not date
We did not find dated official prices for taxis, buses, kayak hire or local meals on Hithadhoo. aMaldives mentions taxis, buses and scooter rental but no fares.

Who this budget suits
It suits budget couples, friends and Muslim families who want a calm local stay with good services. Divers should add dive prices from the dive centre.
Honeymooners wanting a villa should compare Addu resort options, which cost more but include lagoon access. Travellers with 3 nights should compare a Male-area island, where no flight is needed.

A family of four, rough planning view
For two adults and two children aged 2 to 11 in a Deluxe Family Room, the same method uses USD 95 to 115 per night. Four nights is USD 380 to 460 before the tax buffer.
Adding the 28.7% buffer gives about USD 489 to 592. Green Tax for four people is USD 96, and breakfast is USD 96 (two adults at USD 8 and two children at USD 4, for four days).
That puts the room side at about USD 681 to 784 for the family. Domestic flights then depend on the child discount, which aMaldives puts at about 20% for ages 2 to 11.
How Hithadhoo compares with the planning tiers
Our planning tiers put a simple local-island trip at RM3,000 to RM6,500 per person for 4 nights including KUL flights. Hithadhoo sits in the middle to upper part of that range once you add international flights, mainly because of the domestic leg.
